serenity

Reviews

Let members rate the moderator who handled their ticket, one to five stars.

Replace [prefix] with your server's prefix.

When a ticket is finished, serenity can DM the member and ask them to rate the moderator who handled it - a star rating plus a short written review. Good for spotting who's carrying your support team, and who isn't.

Switching It On

Pick a channel for the reviews to land in:

// Syntax
[prefix]ticket rating set [channel]

// Example
;ticket rating set #ticket-reviews

Run it without a channel to switch reviews back off.

The review request is only sent if the moderator claimed the ticket - that's how serenity knows who to attribute it to. No claim, no review. See Claiming.

How It Works

  1. A moderator claims the ticket and eventually deletes it.
  2. The member gets a DM with a one-to-five star dropdown.
  3. Picking a rating opens a box for a written review.
  4. The finished review is posted in your reviews channel, with a link to the transcript if there is one.
What the member gets in DMs
The review in your channel

Moderators can't review themselves, so nobody can farm their own rating by opening and closing tickets.

Checking Someone's Rating

// Syntax
[prefix]ticket rating info (moderator)

// Example
;ticket rating info eivoran

Gives their average score and how many reviews it's based on. Leave the name out for your own.

[prefix]ticket rating [member] on its own is a shortcut for the same thing.
